Job Summary:
Alera Consulting is looking for a Python Developer with 1–3 years of experience to work on ERPNext
product development and customization. The role involves building scalable modules, customizing
ERP workflows, and contributing to real-world business solutions in a dynamic development
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and customize applications using Python & ERPNext (Frappe Framework)
 Work on ERP modules like Sales, Purchase, HR, Accounting, etc.
 Build APIs, scripts, and backend logic for business workflows
 Debug, test, and optimize application performance
 Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirement understanding
 Support deployment, updates, and maintenance
Required Skills:
 Strong knowledge of Python programming
 Experience or exposure to ERPNext / Frappe Framework (preferred)
 Understanding of REST APIs, backend logic, and database concepts (MySQL)
 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
 Familiarity with Git and version control
 Good problem-solving and communication skills
