1. What is SkilLab?
SkilLab is a managed recruitment platform. Employers use it to post roles, screen and shortlist candidates with AI assistance; candidates use it to build a profile and apply to jobs.

2. Who is it for?
Employers, recruiters, and job-seeking candidates. You must be 18 or older.

3. How do I log in?
Go to app.skillab.in and sign in with your registered email and password. Forgot it? Use “Forgot Password” to reset via email.

4. What can employers do on SkilLab?
Post jobs, review applicants, run AI screening (RoleDNA scores, skills-to-JD match, AI sentiment), and shortlist candidates- all from one dashboard. AI scores are advisory; final hiring decisions stay with you.

5. Is SkilLab free for candidates?
Yes, getting started is free. Every candidate gets 20 free credits to begin with. Applying to jobs is always free. Features such as Resume builder, Personalized Mock Interview are premium features that consume credits.

6. What happens after my 20 free credits?
Free features such as Job Search, Job Applications, AI Score, Interview Prep Kit are free forever. Need to pay for Resume Builder, Personalized Mock Interview. Reach out – vijay@skillab.in for credits.

7. Is there a cost for employers?
Free trial upto 5 posts ( 26 Days). Commitment Fee, Success Fee is applicable as per model agreed(Model – Contingency Hiring, RPO)- Reach out – Sales@skillab.in

8. Is my data safe?
Yes. Candidate data is shared with an employer only when you apply or consent to be matched, is never sold, and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Can I edit or delete my account?
Yes; update your profile anytime, or delete your account from settings.
