Work Location: South Mumbai (On site)
Experience Required: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance (QA)
Preferred Industry Background: Wealth Management, Equities/Securities, Stock Broking or
Investment Banking

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Software Tester to join our QA team.
The candidate will be responsible for testing mobile, web, and desktop applications,
ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless user experiences. Prior exposure to the
Wealth Management, Equities, or Investment Banking industry will be considered a strong
advantage.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform manual testing across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
– Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
– Identify, report, and track bugs and defects using standard tools.
– Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure
requirements are met.
– Conduct regression testing, functional testing, and system integration testing.
– Provide clear and concise test documentation and reports.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.

Required Skills & Qualifications
– 3–5 years of QA experience in manual software testing.
– Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
– Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
– Ability to work on multiple platforms (mobile, web, desktop).
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Preferred: Prior experience in Wealth Management, Equities, or Investment Banking
domain applications.
Nice-to-Have
– Familiarity with basic SQL queries for data validation.
– Exposure to automation testing tools (though this role is primarily manual).
